Abstract

We live in a complex, chaotic and uncertain world that deepened its situation with the appearance of Covid-19 and its transition to a pandemic. In our country, it puts us to the extreme test by coinciding with the political, social, economic, energy crisis, migration, among others. Therefore, and given the need for transformations in all areas of doing as a nation, this dissertation is configured that invites us to use the office of researchers to build bridges, starting with the reflection that leads to promote changes for the co-construction of a better world, from within the communities. I start from that reality is language, understood as a generative entity. Everything is given in and through it, therefore it is action. Everything is given in and through it, therefore it is action. Thus, rational argumentation becomes relevant, where disputes of interest are resolved by means of the best argument and the search for consensus and which guarantees spaces for understanding, based on the recognition of the equality of conditions between the actors. By promoting participation, space is opened for decision-making and reflection on the knowledge of the concrete reality. Along with this, the participation and dominance of the public by the community lead to the exercise of democracy as a way of life accompanied by a feeling of brotherhood.
