Disruptive Innovation: influence on the management of Virtual Classrooms

Abstract
This essay tries to explain how disruptive innovation has influenced the processes of business organizations, which have abruptly adapted to technological changes in recent decades in order not to be left behind in the processes they manage. Advances in technology since the end of the last century have embraced companies from any area, including education, banking, tourism, telecommunications, among others; In other words, it has become embedded in organizations of any kind, which must have good management in order to evolve with new challenges and apply strategies that allow them to stay in the competitive market. Hence, the permanence of companies, focusing on university institutions, has been thanks to technological advances, as well as adequate and articulated management with the accelerated changes at the level of technological innovation, consequently to the adaptation of the new teaching - learning processes through virtual classrooms.
