Management and organizations in the Venezuelan context: realities and perspectives

Abstract

In this article, Venezuelan organizations are analyzed, considering that Venezuela has had democracies, coups d'état, constitutional changes such as that of 1961. Circumstances that have marked its economic line until reaching seven consecutive years of GDP contraction ( gross domestic product per person, which generates a total change in the economy, which is why companies have had to be in a constant transformation to adapt and stay in the Venezuelan market.This article also addresses the social, political, economic and digital environment of Venezuelan companies, both small, medium, large and finally presents some perspectives of the possible scenarios for the Venezuelan future.As for the methodology, the nature of the study is located within the mixed quantitative-qualitative approach, under the paradigm of critical theory, is based on an analytical epistemic approach.The ontological foundation of this article is based on the study of the social, political and digital environment of these organizations. The investigation is purely documentary, since it was carried out through the consultation and review of documents (books, records, among others), considered as external sources, which served as an argument and support for the point of view raised in the present academic work. Finally, and after carrying out all the research, it is important to point out that Venezuela is immersed in a very severe economic crisis, one of the most serious among Latin American countries in modern history, visualizing a bleak future if adjustments are not made in favor of it. of economic recovery, this requires decisive political will to design and implement a comprehensive economic program that addresses macroeconomic imbalances, the profound distortions in relative prices and the dysfunction of institutions that keep the economy in a state of chaos.
