Abstract

Until a few years ago, before the end of the 20th century, the management of human talent was assumed and considered as a linear, routine process, oriented towards activities related to the entry, selection and salary remuneration of personnel, the epistemic vision remaining unchanged. of traditional managers. With the technological development of the last decades, the appearance of the information and communication society (SIC) and the knowledge society (SC), organizational management has modified its strategic vision and the way of assuming management processes. This is how the perspective of human management is changing worldwide, as a result of the emergence of new organizations whose determining


features are complexity and contingency, in addition to the fact that many of their processes are carried out online and online. The intention of this essay is oriented towards the flow of new realities where human beings are talented with possibilities of development, applicability and contribution and not simple resources that can be disposed of at will. For those who, under the interpretive paradigm, research in the area of management science, the management of human talent goes beyond the simple understanding and interpretation of the actions that, in a specific area, people carry out through their skills; so that the approach also considers the intrinsic complexity of the human being, which significantly entails achievements of spiritual consideration. The findings obtained lead to the characterization of human talent management in emerging organizations open to transdisciplinarity and the systemic metaphor, capable of reading the changing environment that encourages them towards structural and deliberative flexibility.
