Abstract

In this essay it is intended to discriminate, assess the importance of the Management and Management of the Public Educational Manager on the basis of the Praxeological Model. Authors such as Ayala (2008), Chiavenato (2009a, 2009b), Malagon-Londoño, et al (2010), Murad (2009), Nieto de Cordero (2017) and Robbins and Coulter (2009) were consulted in support of the terms of Management, Management and Public Educational Manager. Management: It is the strategic management of the organization. For its part, management, according to previous authors, emphasizes the set of actions that are carried out to develop a given process. A manager with the ability to act efficiently and effectively, which is achieved based on sufficient skills, abilities. An educational methodology that we have called pedagogical praxeology, consisting of a reflective process of and about the social and professional practices carried out by our students and teachers based on an observation and problematization of the reality of their own practices. The author Juliao (2010 - 2011) refers, the praxeological task is research, it is knowledge, it is the product of praxis and experience, it is a systematic process, which guides its phases from a pre-existing knowledge, it is also action and participation. As a closing reflection, I consider the praxeological model very important for the management and management of the public educational manager, since it allows organizing the path of social and/or professional practices, strengthening the analysis, evaluation and interpretation of the problem and its causes, is to learn from what is being lived.
