Abstract

Strategic Planning has been evolving leaps and bounds, motivated by technological progress and great innovations in the area. This is where technological management requires establishing clear and simple tasks and activities. Through strategic planning and supported by the technological resources available to them, they efficiently achieve the fulfillment of their goals, strengthening the vision and mission of the organization. Doing an analysis of the data collected through technology studies and author scientists at the matter, interviews related people with the area managerial and strategic, research in doctoral theses and the observation of diverse areas managerial. As a result, a strategic planning was obtained which is adequate to technological advances, and is fully functional for an organization. Clearly reflecting a strategic direction supported by an innovative way of planning. Finally, everything pertinent to strategic planning and the most important methods to achieve good planning were revealed, with the elements, characteristics and key points required to carry out efficient planning.
