The Virtual Classroom Journal uses the refereed review process by expert evaluators in the area, under the modality of "DOUBLE BLIND" peers. It also has the collaboration of the Editorial Committee - external evaluators outside its editorial team, advisory board and the publishing institution.

Review Process

Once the Scientific Production has been received on our OJS platform, the Chief Editor confirms the formal duties, ranging from the use of the Template provided by the Virtual Classroom Journal in  the Publication Rules section, the use  of the APA Standard for the presentation, to the type of production and delivery time.

After the preliminary review of the Chief Editor, he assigns at least three (3) expert reviewers in the area so that, based on their experience and supported  by the Evaluation Criteria reflected in the  Evaluation Scales designed by the Editorial Committee, they can proceed with the evaluation in the lapses.  established for that purpose; The reviewers also rely on anti-plagiarism software, thus activating a first round of evaluation.

If the production is rejected or approved with modifications, the author is informed of the verdict together with the reasons that support it, in order to decline the submission or make the required adjustments, which are reviewed in a second round of evaluation in order to formulate an opinion in relation to the publication of the work.     If it is necessary to go to other expert evaluators, the Chief Editor will go to the bench of referees for their respective assignment and consultation.

Once the recommendations of the expert evaluators are resolved, it is necessary to review the style, layout and verify translations, this in order to prepare the production for publication and presentation to the scientific community.

Some observations present in the Guidelines of the Virtual Classroom Magazine.

The Editor will communicate to the Authors the result of the evaluations that can be: Accepted to Publish without Modifications, Accepted to Publish with Modifications or Rejected.

The Editorial Committee reserves the right to ask Authors, whose Products have been approved through a letter of acceptance, to make new modifications. Having a letter of acceptance does not exclude Authors from making modifications at the request of the Editorial Committee.

The Products selected for publication will not receive any or any kind of financial remuneration. They will only be given a certificate of publication signed by the Publisher and/or corresponding authority.

The final decision to publish rests with the Editorial Committee. The measure of the Referees and the Editorial Committee is final.
