Initial verification: The Editorial Committee, through its editor, will first review the product submitted and verify that it rigorously complies with the Publication Standards and Guidelines of the Virtual Classroom Journal.

It is valid to indicate that, for the purposes of the deadlines established in the editorial policy of the Virtual Classroom Journal, the reviews of productions by the Editorial Committee through its editor will begin to be carried out once they comply with the Antiplagiarism process.

The time for the review process and issuance of the Letter of Publication will be 2 weeks, publication time in the journal platform from 30 to 45 days, as long as it does not exceed the publication limit of the journal.

No limits on the number of articles received per month. Publication limit per month of the Virtual Classroom Journal will be 20 publications.

The Editorial Committee, through its editor, will determine when reviewing the product sent:

• The product complies with the criteria established in the Norms and Guidelines for Publication of the Virtual Classroom Magazine. In this case, it continues with the Antiplagiarism process.

• The product does not meet the criteria established in the Norms and Guidelines for the Publication of the Virtual Classroom Journal and the Antiplagiarism Process (See Cost of return for Antiplagiarism in Antiplagiarism Detection). In this case the product is returned to its authors, starting the process again.

• Sending for review: The production is sent by the Editorial Committee through its editor, for its evaluation by the evaluators - reviewers specialists in the area, under the double-blind modality.
• Review process: After the evaluators - reviewers specialists in the area, under the double-blind modality, accept the evaluation of the original and unpublished production, they acquire the commitment to send the result of the evaluation within a maximum period of two (2) weeks. This time may be extended according to your concerns and direct request.
