Publication Guidelines

Virtual Classroom Magazine

 

This document contains the guidelines that regulate the publication of research products created by researchers in the different areas of knowledge.

General

  • For the purpose of this document, the author or authors of a research production are hereinafter referred to as the Authors, the Virtual Classroom Journal of the Virtual Classroom Foundation is called theJournal,the evaluating juries or Expert Referees Evaluators arecalled as Referees or Evaluators and the  Producciones  are called      Investigativas as  
  • The Revista, It is published from number 12 of the year 2024 and is continuous (Current); from number 1 of the year 2020 to number 11 of the year 2024 was semiannual (Past), indexed and arbitrated, intended to disseminate the research carried out by researchers of any nationality. The Journal seeks to promote the dissemination of global knowledge, disseminating the Products in the research and scientific field worldwide.  
  • The purpose of the Journal is to disseminate reflective critical thinking on issues of interest to humanity, which leads to a deep knowledge of the being that is desired to be promoted.
  • The Journal may publish Products written in Spanish or English, or another language that the Editorial Committee deems pertinent; emphasizing national research and Spanish.
  • The double ci ego arbitration system will beused, which will ensure the reliability of the process, maintaining the reservation of identity of both the authors and the Referees, as well as the content of the evaluations issued by them and the Editorial Committee.
  • Plagiarism or fraud will be strictly prohibited and Products that are identified as plagiarism or their content or their content is fraudulent will be published, in the event that it has already been published it will be removed from the journal.
  • When the Authors detect a significant error or inaccuracy of their published Products, it is their obligation to immediately notify the Editor of the Journal and cooperate to withdraw or correct the document.
  • The productionsmay be made by a maximum of two (2) Autores,and a production by volume of the  Revista may be
  • Theconsignment of los Productos does not imply any commitment to This will only be effective through the approval of the Editorial Committee, which will be through notification by the Authors.
  • The evaluation of the Product will be made according to criteria established by the Revista, referring to: originality, social and legal relevance, topicality, contributions, scientific rigor and compliance with the rules established by the Editorial
  • Original and unpublished products will be received and submittedto the arbitrationprocess; therefore, it is recommended that the Autors do not send their products simultaneously to different media. Worksthat are not unpublished are not discarded, when in the opinion of the Editorial Committee and at the request of the Autoes, they constitute a significant contribution to the area of knowledge.
  • All the  products must represent contributions in the area of research that help create new visions, theories, methodologies among others to the scientific research world.
  • The Authors will maintain the Copyright of the Products published in the Journal, allowing their disclosure without modifications or derivatives.

On the types of Research Products

  • The standard Productsmay be submitted to the arbitration process for subsequentpublication: Scientific Article in the different qualitative and quantitative modalities, Research Advances, Essays,  Bibliographic Review, Papers or publication derived from events, and any other type of research oriented to the treatment and    deepening of the information of the fields of studies of the differentiating sciences.

About the Rbitraje process

  • Any arbitrator who does not feel qualified to review any Product shall promptly inform the Publisher.
  • The Editorial Committee in the figure of the Editor reserves the right to verify compliance with the Publication Rules before initiating the arbitration process.
  • Two or more Referees may be assigned for the evaluation of the files, who will send the results of the evaluation, in the event that there are observations, they must be complied with by the authors for their proper publication.
  • The Po s telecommunications that do not strictly comply with the guidelines of Publication and the Publication Regulations of the Journals, will be returned to the Autor is, who will have a second opportunity toforward them with the required requirements.
  • If the Editorial Committee or the Referees show that there is plagiarism in the Products presented by the Authors for their evaluation, it will be sent back to the Authors, immediately suspending the arbitration process of the Products, and the Authors may be sanctioned to a suspension in the Magazine for future publications of up to two years, during which time it will not be able to publish in the Magazine.
  • The Editor will communicate to the Authors the result of the evaluations that may be: Accepted to Publish without Modifications, Accepted to Publish with Modifications or Rejected.
  • The Editor will communicate to the Authors the results of the evaluations that can be: Accepted to Publish without Modifications, Accepted to Publish with Modifications or Rejected. The  selected files for publication shall not receive any financial remuneration or remuneration ofany kind. They will only be given a proof of publication signed by the Editor and/or corresponding authority.
  • The final decision to publish rests with the Editorial Committee. The measure of the Árbitros and the Editorial Committee is unappealable.
  • The Editor of the Editorial Committee is responsible for deciding which of the Journal's Products should be published.

 

The Publication Guidelines present were approved by the Editorial Committee of the Virtual Classroom Magazine, in special assignment with the members of the Virtual Classroom Foundation on January 15, 2020.
