Incidence of emotional intelligence in the fulfillment of Human Talent Management indicators

Abstract

This article analyzed the relationship between the Emotional Intelligence of Human Talent and the fulfillment of Management Indicators in companies, the research has a quantitative approach, in addition to being supported by observation. The data collection technique was based on the interview of seven questions about the profile of six Managers that were the object of study. The theoretical approach was executed in relation to Emotional Intelligence and Management Indicators, so the findings obtained show the clear relationship that exists between the Emotional Intelligence index presented by the Managers and the percentage of compliance with the Indicators of Management, where it was observed that those who have developed the management of their emotions are more efficient when meeting the objectives imposed by the company, in this case it was evaluated through the indicators, showing that well implemented Emotional Intelligence is a tool that properly used can promote the achievement of the objectives for both the worker and the organization.
