Abstract

From the epistemic conception of transformational leadership and the synergistic perspective of the teacher, this scientific article, the product of research, proposed as a general objective: Generate a theoretical approach to the teacher's transformational leadership as an influential factor in the management of human talent. It was focused on the participation of all actors, as an example of social coexistence; in principle with those interested in giving their opinion regarding the orientation and control of the management and organizational system, conditioned by factors of a varied nature: historical background, cultural foundations, philosophical currents, different conceptions of life, the world and the universe, in permanent progress scientific and technological. That is why the ideas of Max Weber are considered. Therefore, a paradigm study was proposed based on phenomenology under the ethnographic method, with a methodological structure of grounded theory, where a study context made up of the public educational units of the state of Táchira was considered: Educational Unit “Dr. Patrocinio Peñuela Ruiz” , “Professor Maximiliano Zambrano Duque” and “General Cipriano Castro”, belonging to the Pedro María Ureña Municipality of the State of Táchira, as a leader, through events that place teaching leadership in a situation of weakness in the face of the process it assumes. The study shows the transformational leader who must stand out for having a clear vision, earning respect and trust, providing security, provoking identification and commitment from his collaborators.
