Gestión directiva orientada a resultados y calidad educativa percibida por docentes en una institución pública

Resumen
La gestión escolar orientada a resultados propone articular la planificación, la asignación de recursos, el acompañamiento pedagógico y la vinculación con el entorno para sostener la mejora institucional. Este estudio tuvo como objetivo examinar la relación entre la gestión directiva orientada a resultados y la calidad educativa percibida por docentes de una institución pública de Huaraz, Perú. Se desarrolló una investigación cuantitativa, no experimental, transversal y correlacional. Participaron 96 docentes de educación primaria y secundaria, correspondientes al censo de personal docente elegible durante 2024. Se aplicaron dos cuestionarios de 20 ítems con escala Likert de cinco categorías. La validez de contenido, estimada mediante V de Aiken, fue de .858; la consistencia interna alcanzó ? = .848 para gestión directiva y ? = .881 para calidad educativa. Los resultados sugieren que, en este caso institucional, las prácticas que conectan a la escuela con familias y actores comunitarios, así como las acciones pedagógicas, concentran las asociaciones más altas con la calidad percibida. Dado el diseño transversal y el uso de autoinformes, los hallazgos expresan covariación y no permiten establecer efectos causales. Se recomienda fortalecer ciclos participativos de uso de evidencias, acompañamiento docente y comunicación bidireccional con la comunidad
