Implicancias de la salud mental en la actualidad: Un artículo de revisión sistemática

Resumen
Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar las implicancias de la salud mental en la actualidad. Se utilizó la metodología PRISMA 2020 para revisiones sistemáticas, realizando la búsqueda con filtros específicos: artículos publicados entre 2023 y 2026, con las palabras clave mental health AND current trends, en las bases de datos Scopus y scielo. Se incluyeron artículos en idioma inglés. La búsqueda inicial arrojó 498 artículos, de los cuales se seleccionaron 20 (15 de Scopus y 5 de scielo) para el análisis final. Los resultados muestran que la salud mental se configura como un fenómeno complejo, influido por factores de riesgo asociados a contextos de vulnerabilidad y cambios sociales. Por otro lado, los factores de protección se relacionan con la formación, la empatía y prácticas como la actividad física y la musicoterapia, las cuales favorecen el bienestar emocional. Las estrategias de atención se orientan hacia enfoques integrales que combinan intervenciones biomédicas, apoyo psicológico y mejoras institucionales. Finalmente, las tendencias actuales vinculan el bienestar con hábitos cotidianos y exigencias académicas, promoviendo enfoques preventivos y contextuales
