Programa presupuestal de salud bucal y la gestión de los recursos públicos en Áncash: Una revisión sistemática

Resumen
El estudio presenta una revisión sistemática, desarrollada bajo las directrices PRISMA, sobre el programa presupuestal de salud bucal y su relación con la gestión de los recursos públicos en el Perú, con especial énfasis en la región Áncash, se seleccionaron 19 artículos publicados entre 2021 y 2025 en bases de datos internacionales como Scopus, Web of Science, PubMed y SciELO, los resultados evidencian que la eficiencia del gasto público en salud bucal depende más de la calidad de gestión, la planificación basada en resultados y la formación del recurso humano que del monto asignado, asimismo, los programas escolares y comunitarios demostraron ser las estrategias más costo-efectivas para ampliar la cobertura y reducir las brechas sanitarias. Se concluye que fortalecer los mecanismos de monitoreo, la transparencia presupuestal y la gobernanza descentralizada es esencial para optimizar la ejecución del gasto y consolidar la equidad territorial, en concordancia con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible 3 y 9.
