Planeamiento estratégico y su impacto en la modernización de las políticas públicas educativas: Una revisión sistemática

Resumen
Esta revisión sistemática muestra cómo el planeamiento estratégico y la digitalización redefinen las políticas educativas en América Latina, al analizar 44 estudios de 2020-2025 sobre planeamiento estratégico así como modernización digital gobernanza innovación pedagógica e impactos socioculturales, se evidencia que la planificación deja de ser un trámite técnico cuando se une a liderazgo transformador y equipos colaborativos generando mejoras reales en gestión con equidad mientras, la digitalización aunque desigual optimiza trámites y enriquece el aprendizaje al integrarse con formación docente de acceso inclusivo con la revisión que confirma, que las políticas efectivas dependen de datos fiables financiamiento adecuado y participación comunitaria pues sin ello, se amplían brechas y crece la sobrecarga laboral, además resalta que la innovación pedagógica y el compromiso social impulsan bienestar resiliencia cultural con cohesión comunitaria ofreciendo una hoja de ruta práctica para decisores directivos y docentes que buscan convertir la educación en motor de justicia social y desarrollo sostenible
