Planificación estratégica y modernización del estado en personal de hospitales: Una revisión sistemática

Resumen
El objetivo fue analizar la Planificación Estratégica y la Modernización del Estado orientando esta modernización a fuerza de trabajo a través de una revisión sistemática. La revisión se realizó durante abril de 2025, en bases de datos como Scopus, Pubmed, SCIENCEdirect, a través de la ecuación: ((“Strategic Planning”) AND (“Public Healthcare Modernization”) AND (“Health Workforce”)). A los artículos identificados se les aplicó una serie de criterios de inclusión y exclusión trabajando con una muestra final de 15 papers. Se exponen en los resultados a través de una tabla con los resúmenes y conclusiones principales y se discuten a continuación los mismos. Se concluyó que la modernización del sistema de salud requiere un enfoque integrado que abarque la infraestructura, la planificación de la fuerza laboral y la profesionalización continua. Solo mediante una estrategia coordinada que fortalezca cada uno de estos elementos, será posible alcanzar un sistema de salud eficiente, resiliente y adaptado a las necesidades del siglo XXI.
