Desafíos y oportunidades en la implementación del presupuesto participativo: perspectiva de los ciudadanos

Resumen
El Presupuesto Participativo ha sido aplicado en diferentes territorios, como un modelo de participación de sus habitantes. El propósito primordial de esta edición sistemática, fue evaluar desafíos y oportunidades del Presupuesto Participativo desde la perspectiva de los pobladores. Se ejecutó una verificación sistemática, utilizando el método PRISMA. Se empleó un mecanismo de búsqueda orientado a la procedencia de datos de Scielo y Scopus. Se empleó una mezcla de palabras clave y descriptores, además de operadores booleanos (AND, OR Y NOT). Respecto al procedencia de los artículos científicos escogidos, de los 21 artículos, 1 articulo proveniente de Bélgica, 1 de Polonia, 1 de Dinamarca, 4 de Brasil, 1 de Indonesia, 1 de Hungría, 1 de Kenia, 3 de España, 1 de Austria, 1 de Cuba, 1 de Suecia, 2 de Ecuador, 1 de México, 1 de Finlandia y 1 de Sudáfrica. Los hallazgos que resaltan en la implementación del Presupuesto Participativo se sintetizan a nivel local y regional específicamente de la manera como este mecanismo puede transformar y mejorar en el futuro en relación entre el gobierno y el ciudadano.
