Abstract

The purpose of this essay is to analyze the integration of learning communities and social law, their challenges, understood as groups of people who meet with the objective of learning and sharing knowledge. These communities can be formal or informal, and can be based on common interests, shared experiences, or shared identities. Likewise, social law refers to human rights and fundamental freedoms that guarantee people access to the resources and opportunities necessary to participate fully in society. These rights include the right to education, health, housing, work, social welfare and political participation. Likewise, the integration of learning communities and social law is a promising approach to promote social justice, as part of our Constitutional system. By providing education and training, raising awareness, and encouraging social activism, learning communities can help create more just and equitable societies. This is a documentary investigation supported by hermeneutics, with an interpretive vision, as well as an analysis process to reach the development of the respective conclusions made by the researcher.
