Abstract

This scientific article deals with electronic government which has emerged as a powerful tool in the 21st century to promote transparency, efficiency and citizen participation in governmental decision-making, as well as electronic government and persuasion for participation the citizen can play a crucial role in democratic reconstruction and the strengthening of trust in state institutions, through a series of persuasive strategies such as awareness campaigns, ease of use, rewards and recognition, effective communication, transparency ence and surrender of accounts that come up to motivate citizens to get actively involved in political processes, the intendence is from a reflective analytical approach to understand the significant political and social challenges in recent years, based on an interpretative research
