Abstract

Knowledge management framed within university management teaching, where learning and transmission of knowledge to workers prevail, allows a deficiency in knowledge management inside and outside the classroom to be carried out. Hence, the objective of this article is shown as an approximation of knowledge management from the perspective of the Manager in the SENIAT, Main Customs of San Antonio del Táchira. His approach is of a qualitative nature and was framed in the theory of Nonaka and Takeuchi (2007); from the study of the natural context to the application of the instrument, from the epistemological point of view it is experiential interpretative. The method was phenomenological hermeneutic, allowing to interpret the different specific approaches. The information was processed using observation, the process of analysis and interpretation, which allowed comparing and contrasting the data obtained. The result of this research represents great importance for managers in charge of transmitting knowledge management within the managerial environment in the context under study.
