Abstract

RESUME


Analyzing the leadership of the classroom teacher in the development of the multiple intelligences of the students of the Educational Unit Siglo XXI "Barquero" of the Canton Chone, Ecuador, is the general objective of this research that is part of the positivist paradigm, quantitative approach , in a field study, with descriptive level, non-experimental transectional design. The population will be made up of classroom teachers who work in the institution. The survey will be used as a data collection technique, by means of a (1) questionnaire-type instrument, structured in items with answer alternatives always (S), almost always (CS), sometimes (AV), almost never (CN ) and never (N). The questionnaire will be validated in its content by the expert judgment technique, reliability will be sought with the Cronbach's Alpha internal consistency method. The data analysis will be carried out with descriptive statistics, to formulate the conclusions and recommendations.

Gardner (ob. cit.), en el mundo existen diversos tipos de problemas y cada uno con su posible o determinada solución, existen también ocho (8) tipos de inteligencias que puede desarrollar el ser humano, entre las cuales son: lingüístico-verbal, lógico-matemática, espacial, musical, corporal kinestésica, intrapersonal, interpersonal y naturalista.
