presencial. La evidencia revisada sugiere la
necesidad de avanzar hacia estándares más
específicos, protocolos de selección de casos,
formación profesional especializada, validación de
instrumentos para entornos remotos y mayor estudio
de la aceptación judicial de estas prácticas.
Asimismo, futuras investigaciones deberían
profundizar en la experiencia de las personas
evaluadas, en los efectos de las desigualdades
tecnológicas y culturales, y en la comparación entre
modalidades presencial, remota e híbrida, con el fin
de precisar en qué condiciones la telepericia puede
utilizarse sin comprometer la validez científica, la
protección de derechos ni la calidad del proceso
pericial
